Creamy Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sherry or dry white wine (optional)
    1/2 large onion, sliced and separated
    paprika, parsley and pepper
Preparation
    Cover bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan with chicken breasts.
    Mix sour cream, soup and sherry together in separate bowl.
    Pour evenly over chicken.
    Spread onion on top of mixture.
    Sprinkle with paprika, parsley and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    Makes 4 to 6.
