Choereg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm milk
    1 c. melted butter
    3 large or 4 medium eggs
    1 yeast packet, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 to 6 c. flour
    1 egg (for coating)
    sesame seed
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Mix lukewarm milk, melted butter, beaten eggs and yeast.
    Add salt and sugar.
    Blend in flour to make a soft dough. Let stand until it doubles in size.
