Strawberry Preserves Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    2 well beaten eggs
    1/4 c. melted shortening
    3/4 c. Griffin's Strawberry Preserves
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Combine liquids and add all at once. Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened but not smooth. Fold in the strawberry preserves.
    Do not beat.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 24 muffins.
