Butternut Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed butternut squash
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. flaked coconut
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Blend well.
Spoon lightly into a lightly-buttered greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven approximately 1 hour or until firm in center.
Serves 6 to 8.
