Fried Apple Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can biscuits
    applesauce (sweetened)
    approximately 1 c. sugar
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Roll out each biscuit until flat and large enough for pie. These will need to be rolled in flour before rolling.
    Mix sugar and spice together in bowl large enough to put fried pie in; coat each side of pie.
    Fry pies in hot melted shortening; immediately coat with sugar mixture.
    Each pie will hold approximately 2 tablespoons applesauce.
