Cream Of Peanut Soup(A Smooth And Creamy Peanut Butter Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. celery, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 qt. (8 c.) chicken stock or broth
    1 c. peanut butter, creamy
    1 c. light cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt
    butter
    in
    large
    saucepan
    over
    low heat.
    Add celery and
    onion.
    Cook
    until
    tender
    but not browned.\tAdd flour and stir until mixture is smooth.
    Gradually add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
    Blend in peanut butter and simmer 15 minutes. Stir
    in
    cream, salt and pepper.
    Heat and serve in soup bowls. Garnish with paprika.
    Yields 8 servings.
