Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 c. drained canned tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
    Add garlic, seasoned salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 10 minutes; drain. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce; mix well.
    Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Reserve 1/3 meat sauce.
    Layer remaining meat sauce, noodles, Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese, 1/2 at a time in 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Top with reserved meat sauce and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
    Yields 6 servings.
