Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound sausage
    8 green onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 package hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans chicken broth
Preparation
    Brown sausage and green onions. Drain off fat. Add celery and cook 2-3 minutes.
    Add soups and chicken broth.
    Cook until blended.
    Add frozen hash browns and cook for about 1 hour.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Put in crock pot for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
