Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. corn syrup (King)
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. butter or fat, melted
    plain pastry
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and butter or fat. Line pie pan with plain pastry.
    Put in pecans in a layer.
    Add mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    The nuts will rise to the top and form a crusted layer.
