Coconut Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
2 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
3 small instant coconut or vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 1/2 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) sweetened coconut
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed.
Pour into large (15 x 24-inch) baking dish.
Bake 15 minutes.
Let cool.
Spread with drained pineapple. Mix softened cream cheese, milk and pudding with egg beater or mixer.
Spread mixture over pineapple. Spread Cool Whip over all.
Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate overnight.
