Scalloped Parsley Potatoes (Vegetable) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 potatoes
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/3 tsp. salt
    3 dashes black or white pepper
    3 to 4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Cut into wedges or slices.
    Cook potatoes in a little water for about 10 minutes.
    They should not get mushy.
    In a saucepan, combine butter, milk and flour.
    Whisk together; bring to a boil, stirring.
    Cook for about 5 minutes.
    Add salt, pepper, parsley and potatoes.
    Heat slowly.
    Season to taste.
    Sprinkle with extra parsley when serving.
