Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Put water and butter into heavy 1 quart saucepan.
    Heat to boiling,
    melting
    margarine, reduce heat to very low.
    Add flour all
    at
    once.
    Stir
    until mixture leaves sides of pan, looks dry and
    forms
    a
    ball.
    Remove from heat, let cool 10 minutes.
    Add eggs,
    one
    at
    a time, beating well after each addition.\tBeat until
    mixture
    is\tsmooth and velvety.
    Drop from spoon
    onto ungreased
    baking
    sheet.
    Bake
    in hot oven (400\u00b0) for
    40
    to 45 minutes until puffs are dry.
    Carefully remove from pan onto cake rack.\tCarefully cut off top of each puff.
    When cool, fill with cream puff filling.
    Sprinkle tops with confectioners sugar. Makes 4 to 6.
