Banana Orange Muffincake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. uncooked oats
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. margarine
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. orange peel
1 Tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. orange peel
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Heat
oven
to
400\u00b0.
Grease
bottom
of
9-inch round spring-form
pan
or
cake pan.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add combined banana, juice, margarine, egg and grated orange peel, mixing just until moistened.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 10 minutes on wire rack; remove from pan.
Combine remaining ingredients; drizzle evenly over
cake while still warm.
Makes 12 servings.
Each serving (1/12 of cake) has 190 calories, 32 g carbohydrates, 3 g protein and 6 g fat.
