Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slanting slices
1 medium onion, cut into rings
1 small green pepper, cut into rings
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. each sugar and salad oil
1 Tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. each seasoned salt, celery seed, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard
Preparation

Cook carrots until just crisp-tender (about 10 minutes). Drain, rinse in cold water and drain.
In serving bowl, layer carrots, onions and pepper.
In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over carrot mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until next day.
Stir several times.
