Corn Soup In Bread Bowls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small round loaves chewy, dense bread (such as sourdough)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    1 medium potato, peeled, cubed and parboiled until tender
    1/2 small green pepper
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut top off loaves, using serrated knife.
    Hollow out bread, leaving 3/4-inch border.
    Set aside.
