Icebox Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. All-Bran
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. soda
2 c. Bran Buds
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Pour water over All-Bran and raisins; let stand.
Mix oil, sugar and eggs; blend in buttermilk with dry ingredients.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or can be stored, covered, in refrigerator 3 to 4 weeks.
Bake as needed or bake all and freeze.
Freezes well.
