Orange Blossoms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. water
1 lb. 4x powdered sugar
juice of 2 oranges
juice of 1 lemon and grated rinds
dash of salt
Preparation

Beat eggs lightly; add sugar and beat.
Add flour, salt, baking powder, vanilla (little lemon extract added is good) and 1/2 cup water.
Grease and flour small muffin tins; 1 teaspoon batter in each tin.
While hot, dip in 1 pound powdered sugar, juice of 2 oranges and 1 lemon with rinds (or small can of frozen orange juice and 1 can of water; use about 1/2 cup of juice).
Add dash of salt. Place on wax paper to set.
