Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 ripe bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. sour milk
Preparation

Cream shortening.
Add sugar and beat well.
Add beaten eggs and mashed bananas.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour milk and beat until smooth.
Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
Cool well before slicing.
