Sausage Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (Pioneer)
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. red pepper (optional)
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Mix well; knead lightly.
    Pinch off dough and form into balls to make a biscuit about 1 3/4-inch in width. Place on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
