Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. melted butter
1 Tbsp. corn meal
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs, then beat in sugar; mix well.
Add other ingredients, beating well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until brown.
