Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, boiled until tender
1 c. chopped sweet pickles
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (No. 2) can drained, crushed pineapple
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook chicken with 1/2 cup celery, onion, salt and pepper until tender.
Debone chicken.
Add pickles, pecans, celery and pineapple.
Moisten with mayonnaise to suit taste.
