Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) crush pineapple, undrained
    2 c. chopped pecans, divided
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moist.
    Do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup nuts and bananas.
    Spoon batter into 3 well greased and floured 9 inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
    You can bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour in a tube pan.
    I
    ice with cream cheese frosting.
