Ginger-Broiled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh or frozen fish (about 3/4-inch thick)
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Preheat broiler for 5 minutes.
    Arrange fish in a single layer in a well oiled preheated pan.
    Combine all ingredients except fish.
    Pour sauce over fish and broil 10 to 12 minutes about 2 inches from the heat, turning once and basting several times. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
