Mixed Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 bananas, sliced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 (16 oz.) can Maraschino cherries, drained
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches (Drain and reserve juice)
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks (Drain and reserve juice)
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail (Drain and reserve juice)
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges (Drain and reserve juice)
1 c. seedless grapes, cut
Preparation

Combine bananas and lemon juice.
Add grapes, cherries, Mandarin oranges, pineapple, fruit cocktail, and peaches.
Combine reserved orange, pineapple, fruit cocktail and peach juices with pudding mix, blending well.
Pour pudding liquid over fruit.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into serving bowl.
Chill until ready to serve. (Serves 12-16.)
