Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 cans Ro-Tel
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 can crescent rolls
    1 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Add onion, bell pepper, Ro-Tel and seasonings. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Unroll crescent rolls and press into a greased casserole dish.
    Pour meat mixture over uncooked dough and top with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until cheese bubbles.
