Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1/3 cup butter
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, lemon juice, salt and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl.
    Heat in top of double boiler.
    Brown butter and fold into sauce just before serving.
