Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded, & quartered
    1 clove garlic, peeled
    3 scallions, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    salt & pepper to taste
    cilantro or parsley to taste
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, garlic, scallions, and chilies in a food processor or blender until coarsely chopped.
    Stir in olive oil and lime juice.
    Add salt, pepper and cilantro or parsley to taste.
    Let stand one hour before serving.
    Good on anything.
