Skillet Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium sized onion
6 to 7 medium potatoes
2 cans carrots
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation

Brown ground beef, drain.
Then top with onion, potatoes, carrots and celery soup (undiluted).
Simmer 40 to 50 minutes, covered, until
potatoes are done.
Top with soft cheese.
