Grasshoppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qts. ice cream (vanilla)
    1 c. cream de cocoa
    1 c. cream de menthe (green color)
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Put ice cream in a large bowl.
    Pour rest of ingredients in and beat with a mixer until well blended.
    Pour batter back into ice cream pail.
    Put into freezer for 2 days.
    Before serving can be served with cherries, nuts, chocolate syrup or can just leave plain.
