Barbecued Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    liquid smoke
    garlic powder
    freshly ground black pepper
    celery seed
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Remove excess fat from beef brisket.
    Rub liquid smoke, celery seed, garlic powder and black pepper on all sides of brisket.
    Wrap in heavy-duty foil.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 6 hours.
    Remove from oven and allow to cool.
    Slice into thin slices.
    Return slices to foil (in a neat row).
    Cover with barbecue sauce and bake for 2 hours at 200\u00b0 or until heated.
