Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. apricot or peach jello
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
1 large carton (13 1/2 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix jello (do not add water to jello as directions on jello package) and pineapple (do not drain) and heat until jello dissolves.
Let cool.
Add buttermilk and Cool Whip.
Put in large Pyrex dish and sprinkle top with chopped pecans.
Cool in refrigerator until set.
