Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. sirloin tip roast
    1 garlic bud
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. red crushed pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 bay leaves
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
    Cook in oven at 325\u00b0 for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
    Last half hour, cut strings on meat.
    Shred roast with2 forks.
    Serve on Italian bread or French rolls.
