Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. flour
1/4 c. milk (or juice from corn)
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat cooking oil to 400\u00b0.
In bowl with fork, mix 1 tablespoon salad oil and all ingredients just until blended.
Drop batter by tablespoonfuls into hot oil; fry 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown, turning once.
Sprinkle with sugar or serve with syrup.
