Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans hominy
    garlic salt
    seasoned salt
    salt
    pepper
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 small onion, finely chopped
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil hominy for
    5
    minutes;
    drain and season to taste with garlic salt, seasoned salt, salt and pepper.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Stir
    in green chilies, sour cream and onion. Cover with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 5.
