New York Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. hot sauce
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    20 chicken wings
    1 gal. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Deep-fry wings 20 minutes in vegetable oil. Wings will rise to top when done. Drain. Put in bowl. In saucepan, combine hot sauce and margarine. Toss until completely coated. Ready to serve. Serve with cut up celery and carrot sticks with Blue cheese dressing.
