Parsley Rice Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. parsley, chopped
    3/4 c. low-cal sharp cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix rice, parsley, cheese and onion together; set aside. Combine eggs, milk, Worcestershire and salt.
    Add to rice mixture. Put in rectangular baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
