Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. dry original Minute rice
    1 can condensed zesty tomato soup or sauce
    1/2 c. finely shredded carrot
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. ginger
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix beef, rice, 1/4 cup soup, carrot, onion, egg and 1/2 teaspoon ginger.
    Form into 1-inch balls.
    Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until browned.
    Drain fat.
