Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice, cooked
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Heat milk and butter (can be heated in microwave).
    Mix sugar, salt and eggs.
    Add 1/2 cup of hot milk to mixture.
    Blend well. Add to hot milk.
    Cook in microwave on Low heat; stir often, until it begins to thicken.
    Remove and add rice and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven until it sets.
    Best served warm.
    Add flavoring to custard after taking out of microwave.
