Chicken Oregano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Cook uncovered in 375\u00b0 oven, spooning oil mixture over chicken occasionally, for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken; cook until thickest pieces are done, about 30 minutes more.
