Ingredients

1 c. rice, cooked until soft (do not drain)
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar (more or less to taste)
1/2 can Carnation evaporated milk
2 c. milk
Preparation

Add sugar to other ingredients.
Add cooked rice and bring to a boil, stirring constantly to thicken rice.
Pour into bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate.
