Sopaipillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    2/3 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
Preparation
    In medium mixing bowl stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in shortening until thoroughly combined.
    Gradually add water, stirring with a fork.
    Dump flour dough mixture onto lightly floured surface.
    Knead dough until smooth (3 to 5 minutes).
    Place dough ball in plastic bag to keep moist while making individual sopaipillas.
