Texas Crab Grass - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Melba rounds or crackers
Preparation

Slowly melt butter in heavy saucepan. Add onion and saute until soft. Add spinach. Add crabmeat and grated cheese.
Transfer to chafing dish and serve with crackers.
