Chicken Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. chicken broth or 4 chicken bouillon cubes, in 2 c. boiling water
    salt and pepper
    1/4 lb. chicken pieces, precooked
Preparation
    Add rice to chicken broth.
    Bring to boil and simmer, covered, until rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
    Makes 2 to 3 servings.
