Meat And Vegetable Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
    juice from 1/2 lime
    1 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
Preparation
    Mix all in Ziploc bag.
    Can place meat and vegetables (squash, broccoli, halved new potatoes, onions, etc.) in a large Ziploc bag. Marinate for 1 hour or more.
    Save the marinade for gravy. Add 1/2 cup peanut butter to leftover marinade and cook over medium heat until the gravy is medium thick.
    Use over chicken, pork, beef or seafood.
