Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
1 can broth (from chicken)
1 bag Doritos chips
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel sauce
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender. Save broth. Break or cut up chicken. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Cover bottom of dish with Doritos chips.
Add layer of chicken.
Combine mushroom soup, chicken soup, Ro-Tel and can of broth.
Mix together and pour over chicken and chips.
Top with grated cheese.
Alternate layers until all is used. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
