Aunt Lorna'S Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 pt. milk
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Mix butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and milk.
    Add persimmon pulp. Add flour with baking powder, soda and cloves.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 11-inch greased cake pan and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until brown and done.
    Will be moist and delicious with consistency of brownies.
