Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean, cooked pork roast (well done)
    4 lb. cooked chicken, skinned and boned
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 (No. 2) cans tomatoes (16 oz. size)
    3 (No. 2) cans butter beans
    3 (No. 2) cans corn (cream or whole kernel or both)
    2 small cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Mix chopped pork, chicken, onion, tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook 30 minutes. Add corn and cook until mixture thickens.
    During cooking, add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, along with a dash of hot sauce to taste. Stir mixture often, especially after creamed corn is added.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings.
