Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/3 tsp. soda
1 1/3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine sugar and oil with mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture a little at a time, beating well.
Fold in carrots, raisins and nuts. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool.
