Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. 10 tortillas
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. oregano
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Line lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan with half of tortillas. Brown beef and drain.
Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce and cook 5 minutes.
Put half meat mixture on shells.
Spoon cottage cheese mixed with eggs and oregano over meat.
Use other tortillas over cottage cheese and top with the rest of meat.
Cover with cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
