Spinach Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cornbread mix
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 onion, chopped
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    3/4 stick oleo, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix beaten eggs and cottage cheese.
    Add chopped spinach, cornbread mix, salt, oleo and onion.
    Spread into a Pyrex dish (1 to 2-quart size) or any type of desired pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    It needs to be brown and crusty.
